KM88 Terms and Conditions for Filipino Players

Welcome to KM88. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "Member", or "You") and KM88 ("Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your access to and use of the KM88 website at km88.net, the KM88 mobile application, and all associated products and services offered on the platform.

By creating a KM88 account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the KM88 platform.

These Terms apply to all game types available on KM88, including sports betting, live casino, slots, esports wagering, and any other product offered now or in the future. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary rules, these Terms prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To register and maintain an active KM88 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age for participation on KM88. No exceptions apply.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform.
• You are not accessing KM88 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You have not previously had a KM88 account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of a KM88 employee in a role that may create a conflict of interest.

KM88 may ask you to provide proof of age, identity, or residence at any time. Accepted documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, or passport. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each person may hold only one KM88 account. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether using different names, contact details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. If any of your details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment accounts — you must update them promptly through your KM88 account settings or by contacting support.

• Your username and password are personal and must not be shared with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, except in cases of verified fraudulent access reported promptly to KM88.
• KM88 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.
• You must log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

All transactions on KM88 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). KM88 does not charge currency conversion fees on standard transactions. Supported payment channels currently include GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfer. Available channels may change from time to time and the current list is published on the KM88 deposits page.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum deposit amounts are published on the KM88 platform and are subject to change.
• Deposits are typically credited to your KM88 wallet within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Delays caused by payment provider downtime are outside KM88's control.
• KM88 does not accept cash deposits or deposits made through anonymous payment methods.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible.
• You must complete any applicable bonus wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed from a bonus-associated balance.
• KM88 may request identity and payment verification documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above specified thresholds.
• Processing times vary by payment channel. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Philippine bank transfers may take one to three banking days depending on your bank.
• KM88 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

KM88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence for that promotion.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Filipino members who meet the qualifying criteria stated in each promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• KM88 does not guarantee that bonus offers will be available at any particular time. Promotions may be withdrawn, modified, or replaced without prior notice.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements risk-free, or other systematic exploitation — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may lead to account suspension.
• Free bet credits, if awarded, must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Unused free bets expire and cannot be reinstated.

The following general rules apply to all betting activity on KM88. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the platform and supplement these general rules.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by KM88, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming.
• KM88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error or data feed issue. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your wallet.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced are subject to in-play betting rules. KM88 may decline to accept late bets at its discretion.

• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your KM88 wallet promptly following official result confirmation.
• If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules published on KM88. Typically, bets are voided and stakes returned if an event does not commence within a defined period.
• KM88 covers major Philippine sports including PBA, UAAP basketball, V-League volleyball, Philippine boxing, and esports titles such as Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. International markets are also available.

KM88 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gaming for every Filipino member on the platform. Gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial pressure or emotional distress. We provide the following tools to help members stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure session duration alerts to receive a notification after a set amount of gaming time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the KM88 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one KM88 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity that KM88 reasonably suspects is connected to financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or exploit platform features.
• Exploiting technical errors, system glitches, or pricing anomalies for financial gain.
• Abusing the KM88 bonus system through the use of multiple accounts, hedging strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other form of systematic bonus abuse.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing KM88 staff or other members in any way.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.

KM88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• A court order or instruction from a regulatory authority directing us to do so.
• Prolonged inactivity in accordance with our dormant account policy.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, KM88 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. If investigation confirms a breach, funds may be permanently forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, the remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the KM88 support team. Pending bets will be settled normally and the remaining balance will be processed to your registered payment account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KM88 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use or inability to use the platform.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or data transmission errors beyond KM88's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses howsoever arising.

Nothing in these Terms limits KM88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

KM88 may amend these Terms at any time. We will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes that affect player rights or obligations, we will endeavour to notify active members via on-site notification or registered contact details at least seven days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.

Your continued use of the KM88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact us to arrange the closure of your account and return of any remaining balance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the KM88 platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
